Does Bloome apply to jobs without asking me?
Yes, after you authorize Bloome to run the search on your behalf. It can then apply to strong fits without asking again for each job, while your salary, location, industry, and other hard rules remain binding. Ambiguous roles are held instead of sent, and you can pause or change the authorization for future work.
What does Bloome need from me?
One conversation and your CV. Tell it what you want, what you're done with, and where your lines are. It confirms what it heard, then goes to work.
Where does Bloome live?
