• Application conversation data from Gmail if you choose to connect it

Core service functions

• Create, secure, and reconnect your career-agent relationship across WhatsApp and web
• Maintain career context and search for and assess job opportunities
• Run authorized application work on your behalf using personalized materials based on information you provide
• Monitor application conversations when you choose to connect Gmail
• Provide company hiring workflows, including role intake, candidate research, evaluation, and communications

Service improvement

• Submit a candidate application before the candidate authorizes Bloome to act on their behalf, or outside the scope of that authorization
