1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Bloome.ai ("Bloome," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Candidate access begins through Bloome's supported entry channels. Starting a conversation creates or reconnects the account associated with your verified channel identity.

2. Description of service

Candidate career-agent service

Bloome offers a persistent career agent in messages. The candidate supplies career context and a CV. The agent can search for opportunities and judge whether to apply, hold, or reject each opportunity against that context.

• The candidate authorizes Bloome to perform application work on their behalf within the agreed scope
• Once authorized, Bloome may apply to strong fits without requesting separate approval for every opportunity
• Application materials are personalized to the opportunity; if required personalization fails, the application is not submitted
• A candidate may optionally connect Gmail so Bloome can monitor application conversations

Bloome for Companies

Bloome for Companies supports hiring teams with role intake, candidate research and evaluation, workflow coordination, and authorized candidate communications. Available capabilities may depend on the customer's agreement and configured services.

3. User accounts

To create or use a Bloome account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account or organization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User responsibilities

When using Bloome, you agree to:

• Provide truthful information in career, company, role, candidate, and application materials
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity
• Use personal data and communications lawfully and respect the rights of candidates, employers, and third parties
• Not use Bloome to spam, discriminate unlawfully, submit fraudulent applications, or conduct illegal activity
• Review material facts about your career, company, role, or hiring requirements and correct inaccuracies you identify

You are responsible for information and instructions you provide and for decisions you make using the service.

5. AI-assisted work and authorization

Bloome uses AI to research, assess, draft, and coordinate work. You acknowledge that:

• AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and does not guarantee a particular outcome
• Bloome may ask for missing facts or approval when an action cannot be completed safely
• Candidate application authorization is a delegation to perform the authorized work, not a request for separate approval on every application
• You may change or withdraw authorization for future actions through available service controls or by contacting us

6. Availability and commercial terms

Bloome may offer a free trial and paid monthly plans. Applicable fees, included application capacity, renewal terms, and cancellation rights are disclosed before checkout. These Terms do not create a fee or payment obligation by themselves.

7. Intellectual property

Bloome and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Parallant OÜ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your content remains yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit it as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and provide the service and perform actions you request.

8. Limitation of liability

We strive to provide a reliable and useful service, but please note:

• We do not guarantee job placement, interview invitations, or employment outcomes
• We do not guarantee that a search will identify every relevant candidate or opportunity
• Employers, candidates, job platforms, email providers, and other third parties make their own decisions and control their services
• Bloome does not make employment decisions on behalf of company customers

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

We may terminate or suspend your account for material violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or behavior that harms other users.
