To use Bloome, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Provide accurate, complete, and current information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When using Bloome, you agree to: • Provide truthful information in your profile and resume • Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity • Use the service for legitimate job-seeking purposes only • Not attempt to manipulate our matching algorithms • Not use our service to spam employers or submit fraudulent applications You are solely responsible for the content you provide.

Our service uses AI to generate suggestions, optimizations, and draft materials: • AI suggestions are meant to assist, not replace, your judgment • You should review and verify all AI-generated content before use • We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI outputs • You are responsible for the final content you submit to employers

Bloome offers free and paid subscription tiers: • Free tier includes limited Daily Drop matches • Paid tiers unlock additional features as described at time of purchase • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled • You may cancel your subscription at any time For EU consumers: You have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase.

Bloome and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bloome AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content (resume, profile information, etc.) remains your property. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

We strive to provide a reliable and useful service, but please note: • We do not guarantee job placement, interview invitations, or employment outcomes • We are not liable for decisions made by employers or third parties • We are not responsible for third-party job site availability • We are not a recruiting agency or employer

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for material violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or behavior that harms other users.
