Welcome to Bloome.ai. These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI-powered job matching platform. By using Bloome, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Bloome.ai ("Bloome," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These Terms govern your use of our AI-powered job matching platform, including the Daily Drop feature, resume optimization, application drafting, and hands-free apply automation.

2. Description of Service

Bloome provides an AI-powered job matching and application platform that: • Delivers personalized job recommendations ("Daily Drop") based on your profile • Offers AI-powered resume optimization suggestions • Generates tailored cover letters and application materials • Provides hands-free application automation (for eligible subscribers) • Facilitates job discovery and career management Our service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze your profile, preferences, and job requirements to provide personalized recommendations.

3. User Accounts

To use Bloome, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Provide accurate, complete, and current information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. User Responsibilities

When using Bloome, you agree to: • Provide truthful information in your profile and resume • Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity • Use the service for legitimate job-seeking purposes only • Not attempt to manipulate our matching algorithms • Not use our service to spam employers or submit fraudulent applications • Respect intellectual property rights of employers and third parties You are solely responsible for the content you provide and the accuracy of your application materials.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our service uses AI to generate suggestions, optimizations, and draft materials: • AI suggestions are meant to assist, not replace, your judgment • You should review and verify all AI-generated content before use • We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI outputs • Generated content should be customized to reflect your authentic voice • You are responsible for the final content you submit to employers We use AI models from third-party providers (including OpenAI and Anthropic) to power these features.

6. Hands-Free Apply Automation

For subscribers with access to our hands-free apply feature: • We will submit applications on your behalf using information you provide • You authorize us to interact with third-party job sites on your behalf • You remain responsible for the accuracy of submitted applications • We cannot guarantee successful submission to all job platforms • Some employers may reject automated applications • You can cancel or modify automation preferences at any time This feature uses browser automation technology and may be subject to third-party terms of service.

7. Subscription and Payments

Bloome offers free and paid subscription tiers: • Free tier includes limited Daily Drop matches • Paid tiers unlock additional features as described at time of purchase • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings • Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email, and will only apply to future billing periods • If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect For EU consumers: You have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason (see Section 14: Right of Withdrawal). Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT where required.

8. Intellectual Property

Bloome and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bloome AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content (resume, profile information, etc.) remains your property. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. This license terminates when you delete your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide a reliable and useful service, but please note: • We do not guarantee job placement, interview invitations, or employment outcomes • We are not liable for decisions made by employers or third parties • We are not responsible for third-party job site availability or policies • We are not a recruiting agency or employer To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of Bloome is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including EU consumer protection laws.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. We may terminate or suspend your account: • For material violation of these Terms, after giving you reasonable notice and opportunity to remedy the violation where possible • Immediately, for fraudulent or illegal activity • Immediately, for behavior that seriously harms other users, employers, or our service Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. If you have a paid subscription and we terminate your account without cause, you will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your subscription. You may request a copy of your data before account deletion (see our Privacy Policy for details).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will: • Post updated terms on our website at least 30 days before they take effect • Send email notification to registered users • Clearly indicate the changes and the effective date For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will ask for your explicit consent where required by law. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect. If you have a paid subscription, you will receive a pro-rata refund.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Bloome shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic. For consumers residing in the European Union, this does not affect your statutory rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

14. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email to legal@bloome.ai). You may use the following wording: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my subscription to Bloome, ordered on [DATE]." Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the initial purchase. Important: If you request that the service begins immediately during the withdrawal period and later withdraw, you may be charged a proportionate amount for the service provided up to that point.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights including: • The right to access your personal data • The right to rectification of inaccurate data • The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") • The right to data portability • The right to object to processing For full details on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy at bloome.ai/privacy.

16. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any complaints or disputes quickly and fairly. If you have a concern, please contact us at legal@bloome.ai and we will do our best to resolve it. For consumers in the European Union: If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. This platform allows EU consumers to resolve disputes related to online purchases without going to court. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU or national law.
